It's nothing new to us ladies that loose powders, may it be in our Vanity or Makeup bags, these things comes in handy whenever your gal needs her touch-up's.
It's been our staple ever since Britney Spears' set up a trendy sparkly shirt, thin eyebrows were the #Aesthetic and lip glosses were the G.O.A.T. in the makeup community. Fast forward to the future, our loose powder evolves throughout the times and it's not just something ordinary anymore.

Ben Nye was the over-hyped loose powder product ever since the "Instagram Glam Makeup" trend became the most sought-after looks from 2016 to 2018 today. There are other products such as Laura Mercier, Charlotte Tilbury, NARS and Bobbi Brown these are most over-hyped products are high end (and costs a lot, for few). Some hyped products needn't to be expensive, if you're wisely spending over makeup, you know you've come across Airspun, RCMA, Maybelline and CoverGirl.
Korean beauty market uproars as they started to cater the first K-pop idols singing sensation groups such as 2ne1, WonderGirls, Girls' Generation and BIGBANG.
Most of the teens, usually, K-pop fans started exploring the wonders of Korean Beauty products because it has proven suitable, effective and on on the top of that, affordable just to keep up with the lifestyles of their idols and somewhat relate to them.
I do invest in Korean or Japanese skincare, i do like their competitive marketing which what makes it better for the consumers because were all after the results it'll promise to give us and good properties of the product, aren't we?
Few good loose powder products from famous Korean beauty market such as Innisfree, Etude House, The Face Shop, Laneige and SkinFood. These products are very excellent indeed at some point of their products.
I've had me some of the high end to drugstore loose powders. (Come on. It's a thing or two.. Nothing new) I've had to explore some good-ass products that's not really relevant in the oh-so-good Korean beauty.
I came across this little tart.

First things, First. The Claims.

Summary:
•Water-oil balance control
by balancing excessive sebum and shine, it presents fluffy feeling
•Makeup durability up
as fine particles adhere to the skin tone and the caked make-up, bright, and refreshing skin is maintained the whole day
•Corrects the skin tone by correcting the darkened skin tone and the caked makeup, bright and refreshing skin is maintained the whole day
•Delicate raw rose fragrance
fresh raw rose helps the state of balance
Texture:
Colorless ultra fine powder with no lump or settling into wrinkles
"...Adhere to the skin with no color left one the used spot and dryness, which has no flaky skin or cracking."
Skeptical*
(*Reading this part is optional. This is just a justification)
I'm a bit skeptical about the claims on how a rose can have such a components or are they just exaggerating their claims?
The rose they mentioned Rosa Centifolia, (The cabbage rose, which is more commonly grown in Morocco, France and Egypt.) isn't the same rose they depicted in the pictures rather, it's Rosa Damascena (The damask rose, which is widely grown in Syria, Bulgaria, Turkey, Russia, Pakistan, India, Uzbekistan, Iran and China).
The most common chemical compounds present in rose oil are:
citronellol, geraniol, nerol, linalool, phenyl ethyl alcohol, farnesol, stearoptene, α-pinene, β-pinene, α-terpinene, limonene, p-cymene, camphene, β-caryophyllene, neral, citronellyl acetate, geranyl acetate, neryl acetate, eugenol, methyl eugenol, rose oxide, α-damascenone, β-damascenone, benzaldehyde, benzyl alcohol, rhodinyl acetate and phenyl ethyl formate

But the properties of Vitamin A & C isn't present here though it's Fresh rose hips is what mostly contains a lot of Vitamin C.
Take note: Rose petals DO have a small component of Vitamin A and/or C, depending on which type of roses were looking for however, they aren't as drastic amount of Vitamin components found in the fruits mentioned such as Lemon (High source of Vitamin C, Ascorbic acid) Tomatoes (High source of Vitamin A, Beta Carotene), and Pomegranates (Good source of Estrogen)
Packaging?

This little guy doesn't come in any package.. Though, it was delivered to me safe and secured in a box, bubble wrapped!
The product also comes along with other items such as:
•Rose water Base Toner 550ml
•Rose water Based Gel Cream 100g
I've found them @ www.StyleKorean.com and Get yours!
The Test

Base
I know it won't do much as a loose powder itself on a bare face even if its with moisturizers or primers, we need a base makeup if the changes before and after will be drastic. i put a pat of BB cushion on my hands.
💡 Tip: Always set any BB cushion only with loose powder for baby-smooth lasting effect without the cake-y feel.

Changes weren't as drastic as I've expected, it's just the same as when i put a BB cushion on my hands though it feels very smooth and soft. I was worried that the puffer might stick onto the creamy texture of BB cushion cream but I was wrong. And, the good side of this there weren't any flash backs. So that's a plus.
With BB cushion only With BB cushion and set with

[Secret Key] Rose water oil clear powder

Verdict
Little goes a long way! The properties in this product claimed bear may be the over-glorified, but i can't deny how good this product is! Seriously!
💡 Tip: Use a makeup brush if you're going to set your makeup using this product. That way it'll give you enough amount of the products to glide on your face in circular and soft poking motion to the nose and cheek area for blurring your pores.
Pro's
• Baby smooth skin upon application
• No Flashbacks
• Very good for setting base makeup (i.e. tinted moisturizers, foundations BB/CC Cushions)
• Long lasting (at least 8 hours based on my experience)
• Suitable for all types of skin especially combination to oily skin
• Does't cake or gets flaky
• Blurs your pores
• Gives you that fresh-out-of-the-shower feeling
• Can be used on lips to mattify or prime your lip cremes
• Can be used to fix hair like dry shampoo does
Con's
• Made me sneeze (try not to inhale too much of it while your setting your makeup. This is very fine)
• Not suitable for putting while you have your contacts on you. (If you're wearing contacts, I recommend to put it after using this product. This powder it very fine that it could get in your eyes easily and it will fog your sight)
